But to reach the base camp you have to travel several kilometers of dirt road and cross many rivers, some of which are quite deep, especially the last one. From the base camp there are several paths, some of which can be covered in 3-4 days.

Lakagígar (Laki craters in English) is a volcanic fissure located in the Vatnajökull National Park in Iceland.
